On the company’s history
"From crisis-ridden industry to the peak": those were the words of tribute the "Jahresrückblick Rheintal 1999" (("A look back at 1999 in the Rhine Valley")) had for Rohner Textil AG. In the 1990s, the company won sixteen national and international design prizes, recognized worldwide for the pioneering role it has taken in regard to ecological and economic issues. The product line Climatex^® Lifecycle™ was the subject of media reports in "Time", "Wall Street Journal", "Manager Magazin", "Facts" and "Schöner Wohnen", as well as "Arte". Climatex^® Lifecycle™ was featured at the EXPO 2000 world exhibition in Hanover as one of 500 forward-looking projects from around the globe.
